Warranty
We pride ourselves on using only the finest raw materials and endeavour to manufacture our products to the highest luxury standards.
The standard warranty for all products is 6 months from the date of purchase.
Our fittings are designed for luxury goods, like anything you own, if you look after it, it will last. They are NOT impervious to scratching, tarnishing and breakages. Some of our fittings are available with an additional protective lacquer, for large orders, this can be added as a custom item if required.
Should a product be defective we are happy to repair, replace of exchange the item. After physical inspection, we reserve the right to elect whether the product should be repaired, replaced or exchanged.
A product defect specifically excludes damage arising from the following:
- Damage arising from normal wear and tear,
- Damage arising from any alterations to the product,
- Damage arising from negligence, incorrect use or abuse of the product,
- Damage arising from inadequate care that could reasonably be expected.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging, although we understand that this packaging is likely to be compromised now, we will repackage the items as long as the goods are unused , not damaged and we are able to resell them.
Your item needs to be linked to an order number.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use, has been damaged or is not in the original packaging.
We will not accept returns for custom goods or special order with custom finishes.
Refunds
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The reason we do this is to prevent designers from buying a variety of items with the intention of returning most of them for free, by charging for the shipping, it creates a fair playing field for all parties involved. We do not mark up or profit from the shipping, if you refer to send via your own courier, we are happy to do that too!
Shipping
Shipping is a flat fee of R99 for orders under R500. For orders above R500, shipping is free. We use Fastway, DSV and Aramex as our preferred courier partners.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched the following day the order is received. Many of the delivery areas are overnight but can sometimes take a few days. For example, due to Covid flight restrictions to KZN, all parcels need to travel via JHB or via road freight.
A Waybill Number/Tracking details shall be provided once an order is dispatched.
